WE NEED ENERGY AND HEALTH TO FOLLOW OUR DESIRES
We all know what it is like to feel lethargic and sluggish – to have no energy, zest and motivation. It is not a pleasant feeling and it is not a state that is conducive to vigorously pursuing life goals.
So, what is it to have 100% energy?
The subject of human energy is broken down into 3 areas:
We create energy by the way we behave. The most common aspect is by exercising. However, we can also make ourselves feel good by having beauty and grooming treatments, and maybe tattoos and piercings. Shopping for clothes and shoes can give us a temporary high, however, the feeling this gives us is not long-lasting, as it accounts for just 1/3 of our energy creation.
The next component is chemical energy. This is how our body functions from the inside. This includes all 10 systems of our body, covering digestion, immune health and hormonal to name a few.
Our choice of food and drink and the nutrients we consume have a positive effect on our body’s energy too.
One of the areas that is harder to work on is our mental energy. Let’s not forget that our brain is the supercomputer that controls all the 10 systems in the body. Therefore, unless we address our mental energy, our 360-degree human energy generation machine is not complete!
TOXICITY
All human beings are vulnerable to the potential for negative thought patterns – in other words, toxic thoughts. We all know what it is like to exist in toxic environments, among negative or selfish people. Then there are the unpalatable chemicals that can exist in some of our food and drink choices. I guess you can picture the scene that I am trying to paint. We can all be guilty of putting all areas of our body into stress mode, whilst running at a lower than optimum level. This is a bit like driving a van with a heavy load at full speed, every day. If you don’t look after the van, service it, change the oil, the tyres, the water etc, it will inevitably break down. It is just a question of when.
IT’S IMPORTANT TO GIVE YOUR BODY A BREAK AND A RESET
If you give your body time, it can deal with resetting itself.
Compare this scenario to what we do with a mobile phone or computer. The more our computer and phone collects through uploads, apps, photos etc, the more the memory is strained. In the case of a mobile phone, the battery drains quicker and our phone just doesn’t perform as well.
We are then forced to “clear” out the rubbish, to delete programmes and apps, to get rid of unwanted files and to defragment our computer. In the case of telephones, to revert it back to its factory settings to get it functioning correctly. We all know that this exercise is needed every 3-4 months. If we don’t do it, we know our devices get sluggish and inefficient. We all know our computers and phone are important machines that keep us connected to our world, and in some cases ensure we can run our businesses.
