Originally created by David Lilley in the year 2008, the DEBRA formula has since been adjusted to consider, respect and reflect the findings from several respected scientific studies about goal setting. The DEBRA Formula will encourage you to consider and answer some of life's most important questions. These thought-provoking DEBRA questions are linked to the most important aspects of human existence. 

The questions you are asked will gently massage your conscience, helping you to better understand your own life values, preferences and philosophies, before encouraging you to create a simple but suitably detailed life plan, together with the essential actions needed, allowing you to shape your own unique interpretation of a happy life.

Unlike many other life and goal-setting systems, as well as the scientific studies that we have already referred to, the DEBRA Formula embraces human psychology and tunes into the essential components of life achievement -  and it has no costs attached to it.
